managed under our environmental management system to ensure
that sustainable enterprise and healthy environment for generations
to come.
Each of our wines and their characteristics are outlined below,

2004 Cabernet Merlot
Over the last
year, this wine has really come into it's own. Benefiting from it's
five year cellaring, the ripe blueberry flavours on the nose, with
just a hint of chocolate is coming to the fore. The
palate is full and round with soft berry fruits and elegant dusty
oak, integrated from 16 months aging in Premium French oak Barrels.
This wine is drinking wonderfully now and will continue to benefit
from medium to long term cellaring.
